GENERAL

1. Payment: Monthly plans are payable 100% in advance. One-time and bundle packages: 50% advance to start, 50% before final delivery.
2. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST/taxes, if applicable, are extra. Prices may change for new bookings.
3. Fees once paid are non-refundable after work has started. No refund for the unused period of any plan.
4. Anything not mentioned in a package is out of scope and will be quoted separately (e.g. extra pages, on-location shoots, paid stock content).
5. Client must share logo, content, photos, business details and account access within 3 working days, and approve drafts within 48 hours. Delays by the client extend delivery timelines; plan periods are not extended.

GO DIGITAL (WEBSITE)

6. 5-page website is delivered within 7-10 working days after we receive all content and the advance. 2 rounds of revisions are included; extra pages or revisions are chargeable.
7. Free hosting and free domain are for 1 year from activation. Renewal after 1 year is at actual charges, payable by the client. The domain is registered in the client's name.
8. The 2-month Festival & Special Day creatives bonus starts from the website delivery date. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. SEO means on-page SEO setup and best practices. Google ranking depends on competition and algorithms; no specific rank or position is guaranteed.

SOCIAL STAR (SOCIAL MEDIA)

10. Includes 1 post daily and 3 reels per month as per the package. Content is created after approval of the monthly plan. On-location shoots are not included.
11. 3-month (₹12,000) and 12-month (₹40,000) plans are payable in advance. No mid-term refund.
12. *Growth Assurance means improvement in reach, followers, engagement or enquiries compared with the previous period, with the measure agreed at the start. It depends on business, industry, competition, ad budget and client cooperation. It is not a guarantee of sales, leads or revenue.

ADS (FAST RESULTS & MAXIMUM GROWTH)

13. Ad budget is paid by the client directly to Meta/Google and is not part of the package price. Minimum ad spend: ₹5,000 per month. Service charge: ₹5,000 for the first month, then 10% of monthly ad spend or ₹2,000 per month, whichever is higher.
14. Ad accounts remain the client's property; Real Gain works through manager access. Ads follow Meta and Google policies. Ad rejection, account suspension and policy or algorithm changes are beyond our control. No specific leads, sales or ROAS are guaranteed.
15. Maximum Growth runs for 3 months. After that, the Social Star plan (₹5,000/month) and the ad service charge (10% of ad spend or ₹2,000, whichever is higher) apply automatically, unless the client informs us in writing (WhatsApp/email) at least 7 days before the 3 months end. Business Boost includes Social Star for 3 months; to continue, Social Star rates apply.

LEGAL

16. Final designs and website content belong to the client after full payment. Real Gain may show the work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing. Stock images, fonts and music follow their own licenses.
17. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, claims and materials they provide.
18. The client may cancel with written notice; paid fees are not refunded. We may pause service for non-payment or lack of cooperation.
19. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or outages and changes by third parties (hosting, Meta, Google). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current package or month.
20. Login details and business data are used only for the agreed work and kept confidential.
21. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
